The wires are now buzzing with 
the news that Apple intends to build a new campus in Cupertino.
Steve Jobs himself informed the Cupertino City Council of the news, as you can watch on the council's webcast, seen here. It takes a little while to get to Steve, but it's worth the wait to see the councilmembers get starstruck.
