Well, I certainly have something claiming to be Dashcode on my computer at work... But then, I don't have Tiger on my work computer, so I haven't been able to launch it and play with it.
The screenshots are from a Flickr set I found on TUAW.
If it's legit, this could be a wonderful way for people with little-to-no programming experience to make even more wacky tools for their everyday use.
I know that I want one that counts the days until Dec. 22, 2012...
