"Switch" Star Ellen Feiss Starring in Short French Film

Remember Ellen Feiss, star of an Apple "Switch" ad and subject of rampant "Is-she-stoned?" speculation about four years ago? (Allegations that she naturally denied in the only interview she ever gave, attributing the behavior to Benadryl and exhaustion).

Well, she's back and starring in a short French film, Bed & Breakfast. The only English synopsis for the film I've been able to find comes from the Web site of the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival, which informs us that

A young American couple, Nathan and Laura (Ed.: Feiss's character), are in France looking for Baptiste, an old friend of Nathan's. But Baptiste leads a very peculiar existence. He doesn’t even recognize Nathan and puts his relationship with Laura to the test.

The film's Web site doesn't offer much in English, nor does it have any stills from the film. It does have this charming biography for Feiss, however:

The 19 year old star of Macintosh’s Switch campaign in the United States and of the resulting Internet phenomenon, Ellen, beyond the rebel charm which had already seduced so many fans, has, in Bed and Breakfast, shown a very singular emotion and sensibility, and revealed the full extent of her talent.

And you thought she was just good at making fun of PCs – wait until you see the full extent of her talent!
