Polaroid is doing its part to raise breast cancer awarenes with its i639M digital camera, which has been released in Pink, Light Pink and Magenta. The camera features 6 megapixel resolution, a 2.4-inch inch LCD, 3x optical zoom, a video recording mode, 16 MB of memory and PictBridge compatability. But there's currently no word on pricing or on how much -- if any -- proceeds will actually go to breast cancer research, as has been the case with similarly hued gadgets.
