Update: The official release is now available from Microsoft.
Microsoft is expected to release the final version of Internet Explorer 7 later today, but right now you can grab the final build from Yahoo.
Yahoo has packaged a version of IE 7 that's been optimized to run with the latest version of Yahoo Mail. This link takes you to the Yahoo IE 7 download page.
There are also versions circulating with Yahoo's branding removed, but I can't point to those because I don't trust their legitimacy. Neowin has instructions on how to install the Yahoo version of IE 7 without Yahoo's branding. Their instructions are very simple, but I can't confirm that the technique actually works because I'm [cough] on a Mac.
I'll post an update as soon as Microsoft announces its own official release.
