
CNet's roundup article "10 Worst Tech of Q3 2006" gives a nice Bronx cheer to Apple iTunes 7, calling it the worst upgrade of the quarter.
Here's the critique:
As we repeatedly reported right here on the Monkey Bites blog, these problems were largely – but not exclusively – limited to Windows versions of the software media player. Windows users had to wait weeks for an upgrade before they could start using their iPods again. That just plain stank.
