GameSetWatch points out an eBay auction for one of the rarest PlayStation 2 games evar: McDonald's Original Happy Disc, which was given out at McDonalds' stores in the summer of 2001 and features single-level demos of Parappa the Rapper 2 and Piposaru 2001 (Ape Escape Something-or-another in the States).
GSW asks whether or not the in-game demo is indeed the burger-flipping stage from Parappa 2, only with McDonalds' logos replacing the generic in-game scenery. I can confirm that indeed it is. Because, as you could probably guess just looking at me, I own this.
It's sheer coincidence, though: you could only get it if you pulled the little paper contest tab off your thing of fries and got the YOU ARE A WINNER message, and one of the guys in my international student dorm in Kanazawa just happened to. He sold it to me for about ten bucks, which -- looking at the eBay auction price right now -- was probably a good deal.
For him, I mean.
