Now it's the turn of Debenhams, another high-street store full of beige nylon and frilly nickers, to offer a shock from Ixos: a pounding iPod disco cube, hip in design and gay of character.
Just plug in your 'pod to the £75 ($142) device, which will recharge it as it plays, and let the good times roll.
