The Best Buy store in Bel Air, Maryland, "will not be doing" the PlayStation 3 and Wii launches. If you call the store at 410-893-6101, you get this message:
"In partnership with local Bel Air police, mall security, and Best Buy, based solely on our concern for the safety of our customers, we will not be doing the PlayStation 3 or Wii launches on Friday or Sunday. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we look forward to serving you in the future."
Question: what in the hell do they mean, they won't be doing the launches? At some point, they are going to get PlayStation 3 and Wii hardware. What are they going to do with it? Throw it away?
