Ceratech's Accuratus Mouse Phone is an 800dpi optical mouse that performs double duty as a Skype internet phone. Crack the rodent open, flip it up and through Skype's client software you can call anyone on the network for free and make cheap calls to landlines.
It also plays well with MSN and Yahoo! chat, according to the specs.
The idea of losing the mouse to answer the phone, is an obvious sticking point with this and similar devicies. What we need is a phone-mouse designed so that it can used as a pointing device during calls -- a sensitive mic, clever design and a louder speaker is surely all this would take.
