Fresh off Microsoft's announcement that they would allow Xbox 360 owners to download TV shows and movies, Sony has issued a statement trashing them. From Next-Gen:
Rowr! I'd say something, except I agree with them and have been saying the same thing forever. But to be fair, isn't segregating consumers who don't buy the top of the line hardware exactly what Sony is doing with both their configurations? For better or worse, Microsoft is letting people get next-gen gaming for $200 less than Sony. The core pack might not have a hard drive or HD-DVD player... but it runs Gears of War just like anything.
