
The august glossy halls of Time Magazine are turned once again to their annual roundup of technological innovation and invention, though their selection of YouTube as winner rather stretches that remit. What, exactly, was invented, other than a killer business plan?
Fair enough! My favorite from their selection is the SawStop, a table saw that detects the inductive properties of human flesh and instantanously clamps the blade. At $2,799, alas, I won't be picking one up soon.
