As if your Treo 680 wasn’t busy enough being an e-mail
and Web terminal, music player, personal information manager and whatnot, it can now brighten your day with a sterling rendition of James Joyce’s “Ulysses.”
Audio book seller Audible announced Monday that it has struck a deal with
Palm to include Audible playback software in the 680, giving users access to a huge downloadable library the covers everything from “The Da Vinci Code” to The
New Yorker.
We can personally attest that Audible is great way to turn commuting time into something useful and entertaining.
