Ever since it became public knowledge that the Wii remote sensor is actually not a sensor at all, but rather two simple IR transmitters that the remote uses for triangulating its position, people have been thinking of hacks, including the ingenious one below depicting someone controlling a Nord Lead synthesizer for (apparently) the first time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GYjKJoXU9vU
I feel like if this had been around before Star Wars, George Lucas could have saved a lot of time getting the lightsaber sound effects to sync up with their movement...
