John Pinkerton started his love for the fantasy and horror genre back with his first viewing of the Universal classic "Frankenstein". This eventually led into a more how did they do that phase that brought John closer to the art of sculpting and drawing.

He's done a lot of professional special effects work for a variety of cheesy B horror films... the sort of guy who gets glossy spreads in Fangoria.
