Yikes. Hillary Clinton seems preferable to some of the politicians in Germany, who are out to ban all violent videogames. All of them. For everybody:

“cruel violence” could face up to a year in jail.

The bill - unveiled this week by the states of Bavaria and Lower Saxony and due to be presented to the national parliament next year - is already raising the alarm in the 2m strong German online gaming community.

As well it should. In fact, says 1up, German developer Crytek has said they will leave Germany if such a law is passed. Then again, they'd pretty much have to if they wanted to stay out of jail.
