It's a birth control pill AND a breath mint!

Well, perhaps not exactly. It's not clear if it freshens breath. But it's definitely a birth control pill and it's definitely minty. Spearminty, in fact:

Femcon Fe, which the company said is just as effective as standardpills, comes in the typical 28-day cycle, with 21 days of active pillsand seven days of inactive or "reminder" pills...

A month's supply will sell for US$44 wholesale, somewhat higher at pharmacies.

Femcon Fe is simply a chewable version of the company's Ovcon 35, abirth control pill that has already been on the U.S. market for aboutthree decades.

Birth control really isn't my forte. (I didn't even know there such things as dummy pills.) Female readers, would a chewable mint-flavored birth control pill make much of a difference to you? Would it make you more likely to remember to take the pills?
