You know it. I know it. We all know it: Your blog ain't nothing in this world until it's inspired a guy in Ann Arbor to write a song about it.
Tom Smith, a Michigan songwriter with a lot of time on his hands a keen eye for up-and-coming blogs, recently recorded "Bodyhacking."
As he writes:
More about the song and the songwriter (including lyrics) after the jump or below, depending on where you're reading this.
Here's the chorus (sing along with us now):

I've got to change,
But not how mother wants of me,
I'll rearrange
It's just a bodyhack
It's not so strange,
It's just like plastic surgery
Taken to extremes,
And all my hopes and dreams
Are looking in the mirror
Hoping I'll be looking back
And who is this fantabulous Tom Smith? Why, he may be the world's fastest filker:
I'm writing this for Alanna Nash.
She's working for Wired;
they're paying her cash.
I hope her interview will include me
I hope that they'll put me on page 23!

A sampling of recent Bodyhack posts that make us break out into soaring arias:
• Mama always said to eat your weed.
• You are SO not making biodiesel from your body fat.
• Vegetarians: Smart.
But they still make us me crazy.
• One of your illustrious Bodyhack bloggers may be the biggest wuss in the entire world.
