A TV station in Minneapolis has discovered that a lot of tots are getting psychiatric assistance:

A growing number of hospitals and universities now offer infant mentalhealth therapy. Psychiatrist Jean Thomas, with the Children's NationalMedical Center in Washington D.C., said more than 90 percent of thefamilies she treats seek therapy for behavioral problems.

"Wesee the children's behavior problems especially starting around 18
months and increasing around 2 and all the way through the 3s," Thomassaid.
