The iSight camera really is a great tool for identifying the thief. The iSight pictures we receive clearly show the current user of the MacBook, most likely the thief himself (later, we received confirmation that this was indeed the thief).

And yes, ladies and gentlemen, that does indeed appear to be a picture of the alleged filch on the crapper.

Thief-magnet MacBook Pro in hand, I'm now off to Pittsburgh to cover exciting developments in the world of mass storage. Hence a tale about something I really should buy right now, before I go. But I won't, because I am cheap.
