
Open Labs, which has the most useless website ever, announced "the first" portable production center for music, HD video, and animation at this year's NAMM show. The Open Labs Gen 3 Miko Mobile ProductionCenter combines a synthesizer, a computer, inputs/outputs, a video mixer/recorder, and Internet connectivity to help you with all manner of projects. It comes in two flavors, both of which use Windows XP to run Open Labs' Miko SE ($2,999) and MiKo LX ($3,499). The latter has the better specs listed below:
