Kring Spills Spoilers for "Heroes"

Tim Kring, creator of comic bookish TV megahit *Heroes, *is not known for his knowledge of comic books -- nor for his deft wit. In fact, all he's really known for is being lucky enough to helm Heroes, which was recently picked up for a second season. So I guess that's why he's showing off the one thing he does know in an interview with SciFi Wire, where he's leaked a couple major plot points for the remaining episodes of the season (and maybe for season two as well):

I love Zach Quinto [who plays villain Sylar], and I love what he's doing for the show. And the truth is I would like to continue and have him in thesecond season. [His mysterious captors] really want something from him. Theorganization that Jack Coleman's character [Bennet] works for is onsome sort of obvious research-oriented, as we call it, tag-and-releaseprogram. So there are things that they are gleaning by getting each oneof these people. And remember, he is a character who seems to beexhibiting more than one power, which is intriguing to them as to howand why.

Really? Cause I think Sylar is a really boring plot point. He's just yet another serial killer with five o'clock shadow as far as I'm concerned. I liked him a lot more when he was a geek who fixed antique watches for a living. I'm much more interested in the "exploding annoying guy" plot, which Kring says will be resolved at the end of the season. And no, that doesn't mean we'll get rid of Peter the annoying guy. Apparently some people really like him, despite the slack mouth acting and emo haircut. Oh well.
