Losing a Testicle with Good Grace

Brandon Graham is a comics artist on DeviantArt, and was recently subjected to an utterly nightmarish situation that he managed to make awesomely funny:

…I had surgery this morning to pull a tumor out of me. I had an orchiectomy, that's my right nut gone.
bam.

They gave me a specal blue pen to mark the side they were supposed to get rid of. I drew a picture of a pair of scissors on my leg with an arrow pointing to it and the words "Ork here"

I also drew a picture of an ork on my girls hand that she got smeared on her chin. Wich I thought was the funniest thing ever--them giving me a pen to mark my ork with and it showing up smeared on her face. me and her we're like school in the summer time. no class.

An utterly fantastic simile, that I must appropriate immediately.
