A reporter at a British tabloid visited a California-based website and found something interesting: an ad written by a Pakistani man who was willing to sell his body parts:
Yikes.
The rather overheated story -- written by the "Reporter of the Year" -- details the reporter's meeting with the man, who offered not only his kidney but part of his liver and, maybe in a few months, his cornea. All over "chicken and chips."
The story comes with photos of the alleged organ seller, and his name is throughout the article. Nice.
Question: The man signed a contract regarding the body part deal. Would such a contract be enforceable in the U.K.?
