Electronic Arts, in their quarterly earnings conference call, has confirmed that Spore is on the way for Nintendo DS, reports Next-Gen.
We probably should have figured this was on as far back as last year's DICE, when Will Wright said that he was doing pretty much all his recreational gaming on the DS these days. Sim City on the DS and Sims on Wii should have been another good indicator.
I'm interested to see how they take the most complex game ever made and put it on the least powerful piece of current-gen hardware. EA's also ramping up its Wii efforts, so maybe we'll see Spore spore there, too.
