Made from a semi-transparent resin produced by GE, these billboards create an uncanny motion-blur effect on whatever is behind them. Look for scenic transparent GIFs floating in space, riffing on the beautiful landscape beyond, slowly becoming streaked with bird feces and rain-deposited cruft.
