It's cute, it'll improve your English, and no, you can't have one.

Inventec Appliances' new Hello Kitty handset so far is only available in Taiwan. Besides being pink and happy, it has a 2-megapixel camera and "built-in audio-visual Enlgish lessons."

If you decide it's so cute you jyst have to move to Taiwan to get one, be prepared to shell out the equivalent of $420.
