Well, it looks like the Boston Bomb Squad didn't find all of the Mooninite Explosives, because someone's selling one on eBay!

There wasn't a bomb or terrorist paraphernalia category so I hope this one should suffice.

The LEDs are mounted on a circuit board powered by 4 D batteries. Included and attached is a photosensitivity sensor which will keep the board from lighting up during the day, though this can be disabled. A single LED doesn't work as visible in the pictures, but I'd be happy to replace or fix it.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

The seller claims it is completely legitimate, taken off of Commonwealth Avenue in Boston before the bomb squad got there. He's even got a noble goal: he plans on using some of the money to fund more public art in Boston, "as it shouldn't take guerrilla advertising to make our public spaces more exciting." Amen to that... Boston sure could use it, and this entire fiasco is going to hurt Boston street art for a long time to come.

Current bid is $5,001.00 but I guarantee this is going to be pulled soon. Thanks for the tip, Ross!
