File this under "Never to be seen on these shores". The new NEC clamshell for NTT DoCoMo is pretty normal in most respects. In fact, it doesn't really do much at all, other than it's music support for EZ Chaku-uta Full, the CDMA music download service.
But what gets us excited is the 7x7 LED display on the cover. The lights are recessed behind a grid of holes, and although the 'screen' won't be up to caller ID, let alone Tetris, it might be worth staying away from Boston if you manage to get your hands on one of these.
