In episode 17 of Jhonen Vasquez's Invader Zim, Zim accidentally washes his face with a bar of soap wrapped in bacon, giving rise to a fluid-filled, translucent pimple on his face, the hypnotic jiggling of which is imbued with mind-control powers when his insane robot servant Gir scribbles a face in magic marker on the pus-swollen blemish. Thus, Pustulio was born.

A strong argument in favor of bacon soap, in other words! Think of the babes!

Soap can be made from just about any kind of fat. Even though fat from bacon, called lard, isn't the finest of fats to use for making soap, it somehow seemed to be the most exciting. Why? Because bacon is amazing. It has an almost mystical power to it and is a food that can be craved to almost no end. I figured what better way use the extra grease I had from cooking bacon then to turn it into soap!

Plus, it's the only soap that tastes good in a peanut butter sandwich.
