Destructoid's Dick McVengeance and JoBlo's Alex Keen (with names like that, they really should team up and fight crime, dontcha think?) offer their thoughts about a bunch of upcoming video game movies and their probability of suckage. Most of the movies are in some form of development, though some, like Half-Life are flat-out pipe dreams and some, like Deus Ex, seem to be completely dead in the water. Some of the analysis is less than insightful--really, saying that the Cold Fear movie is gonna blow is a bit of a gimme, guys--but it's a great cheat sheet for your Netflix list.
I had no idea that a movie based on Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time was in the works. I'm warning you now, folks, if they trash one of my all-time most beloved games, I can't be held responsible for my actions.
