The humble, workaday flash memory format, ruling victor of that long-forgotten war with the floppier Olympus-backed SmartMedia format (and now the weary patriarch of countless tinier, security-friendly progeny), is finally incarnate in Sony-made form. Sony, obstinate lover of their own proprietary formats, has deigned to effulge a CF card!

Pictured is the 4GB version, in all its glory. Also offered are 1GB and 2GB versions, all with 10 Mbps (66x) transfer speeds. The 2GB and 4GB versions also come in 20 Mbps versions.
