Sword-Wielding "Hero" Rescues Neighbor from Porn

Sounds like a hell of a porn movie...

Instincts took over, James Van Iveren says, when he rushed out his door to the sound of a woman being raped in an apartment above.

Sword in hand, he bounded up the stairs, kicked in the door and confronted a man who turned out to be alone - watching a pornographic movie.

"Now I feel stupid," Van Iveren said.

Yeah, that's a good start. But I can't be too judgmental: Van Iveren isn't the only man to be arrested for such an error. This has happened to me before. Due to my apartment's wafer-thin walls, I will occasionally hear sounds of pornography coming through the upstairs ceiling. At that point, instinct kicks in: I rush out of my apartment, kick in my upstairs neighbor's door, drop my trousers and ask "Can I watch too?"
