Apple TV Pre-Orders Shipping, Immediately Available

Apple TV is availabe for immediate purchase, according to Apple.com.

MacRumor noticed late last night that emails were started arriving, with tracking numbers and thank-you-very-muches, in the inboxes of people who preordered the HD-capable network box. Now it's everyone's to grab, the store having apparently been updated in the early hours, with new orders flying out in 3-5 business days. No word yet on Apple Stores.

UPDATE: Not in Apple stores yet: Wired review supremo Danny Dumas just took a look in San Fran's outlet and they don't have them in.
