Guger Technologies' thought-controlled Brain Computer Interface is, they say, the first to be commercially availalble. Like the others in development, it's the result of miniaturized EEG technology that scans the brain for electrical energy, which users can learn to control enough to, in this case, allow basic computer game controls.
The system, irritatingly named “g.MOBIlab," was nominated for the 2007 European ICT Grand Prize, and, as indicated in the quote, involves the user wearing a electrode-studded cap wired to a console. The complete kit is out of the lab, and it even includes hookups for use with PDAs. There's a development help page for programmers to create new software, but I couldn't find an actual "Buy This Now!" option at the product page—I expect they want you to call them.
Here's some – video. It can also be used for Random music generation!
