You've got to hire search firms, start vetting candidates, you have to bring people in for interviews. So it's on track; it's not as if it's dragging or anything. Certainly I think they'll have an offer to somebody within 4-6 weeks and hopefully have someone on board by the beginning of April or soon thereafter.

Of course, to be fair, this interview was conducted at DICE, well over one month ago. So who knows what the situation is right now.
