In case you don't spend quite enough of your time eyeballing game news on the web, PS3Zine, a new PDF-only magazine dedicated to--take a guess--is now up and running. While I certainly don't recommend you go anywhere else but here for your gaming info (we are, after all, the creme de la creme here at Game|Life), they're currently running a contest that could win you a console for both you and a pal, so you have to at least check that out. Plus, they've got two guys named "Lee" on staff. Weird, huh? I don't think I know a single guy named Lee, and they have two.

Keep reading for the "rah, rah" press release, or just go actually check out the magazine, whichever you prefer. Just remember to come back here when you're done, mmkay?

Free PlayStation 3 magazine launches____New magazine timed with European launch of the PlayStation 3 brings top quality games coverage to PS3 gamers for free.

Following the successful launch of free magazines for Xbox 360, PC games, and PSP
and DS over the past six months, rapidly growing digital publisher,
Cranberry Publishing Ltd, is pleased to announce the launch of P3Zine.
The company has already established itself as an innovative magazine publisher within the videogames community and intends to emulate the success of its existing titles with P3Zine.

"Sony's next-gen console deserves a true next-gen magazine," says Editorial Director,
Dan Hutchinson. "With the digital magazines we produce leading the world in terms of design, interactivity and popularity, the European launch of the PlayStation 3 is the natural time to launch P3Zine. The first issue is our biggest issue to date and contains 45 pages of multimedia enhanced professional games journalism."

The free
PlayStation3 magazine contains videogames previews, reviews and features all written by professional games journalists. The first issue includes reviews of every PS3 launch game, including Resistance: Fall of Man, Motorstorm, Ridge Racer 7 and Call of Duty 3. It also has a top
20 most-wanted PS3 previews feature, as well as a report on the newly announced PlayStation Network.

As with other GamerZines, P3Zine is only published digitally, in PDF format. The pages are enhanced with games videos and animated screenshots as well as other types of interactivity. Readers can download the magazine for free and without registration directly from the GamerZines website.

Additionally,
Cranberry Publishing Ltd is pleased to confirm that P3Zine will be published on a monthly schedule immediately from launch.

To coincide with the launch, the GamerZines site is running a special competition to give readers the chance to win a console for themselves and one for their friend when they recommend the magazine to other people.
