It sure looks like it. According to a Sony FCC filing (pdf) (made for approval of a new Bluetooth module), the PS3 will be sporting both 60GB and 80GB drives. This seems more like a quiet incremental upgrade; an extra 20 gigs is nothing to get excited about, especially when Microsoft managed to squeeze 120GB into the new Elite and HDMI to boot.
UPDATE: Sony got back to Kotaku, the gaming site who broke this news, and confirmed that they made this filing, although they have no new products to announce yet:
