The 404s, our quest to find the absolutely lamest, least informative sites on the military web, is in full swing. And already, we've got a bunch of strong -- uh, I guess I mean "weak" -- candidates.
Take this zombie suites of pages, from the Office of the Under Secretary for Defense for Acquisition, Technology, & Logistics. It's allegedly devoted to "International Cooperation." But, apparently, there must not be a whole lot cooperating going on. The page for "Armaments Cooperation Atlantic," is under construction. Ditto the Pacific page. And "Planning & Analysis," too.
There is some content on the site, however. Too bad the FY 08-09 Management Plan for the Coalition Warfare Program and the International Armaments Cooperation Handbook are so vacuous, they might as well be under construction, as well.
