If I could approach anywhere near getting away with it, I would park these gorgeous, tree-like stacks in my living room. Handmade from natural walnut and rubber tree wood, the "Love Audio" speakers are the work of Japanese designer Asuka Koubou. They also come in a more subtle "Quarter Wave Tube" version at 1/4 the height (pictured after the jump).
Rich bass is the system's charm, says the machine trans, but the surprising thing is that they're not insanely expensive, at $685 a pair for the big ones, and $515 for the quarter-sized. That's a doable Christmas, isn't it?
Love Audio speakers are 160x173x572mm each, with 8Ωimpedance, 89.3Hz~20kHz frequency response and 30W input.
