"Action Button" Offers Contrarian Game Reviews

Insert Credit/Select Button's Tim Rogers teams up with several other New Game Journalists and gives us Action Button, a blog that would seem to be devoted to purposefully contrarian game reviews. Why, just look at this snippet from their God of War II review, which gave the game zero out of four stars:

This isn’t fun. It’s a nervous tick. It’s a bad habit. It’s obsessive compulsive behavior. It’s going through an entire box of q-tips in a day, because rubbing the inside of your ear feels so good the first time that you just can’t stop, and you eventually start to tell yourself that those little clumps of blood on the cotton are just really dark, moist bits of earwax that you’re better off without.

So far they seem to be uniformly wrong, but I'll be gosh darned if they're not entertaining as all heck! I'll be bookmarking this one. Things should get even better when they hire a guy with a British accent to read their reviews out loud.
