Blitz Puts Brakes on Zombie-fest Possession

Blitz Games has apparently put its zombie-themed survival horror title Possession for the PS3 on indefinite hold. When asked about the hiatus, here's what they told PlayStation Universe:

Unfortunately we cannot give out any further information on Possession at the moment other than production has been halted for the time being.
Blitz are busy with other titles at the moment but we will definitely make it quite clear to the public and to magazines, websites etc if and when we pick *Possession *back up.

Bummah. Possession's shtick was that you played as a zombie, out to infect healthy humans and thus grow the ranks of the slavering zombie horde, which could've been great fun if handled properly. Looked pretty sweet too, judging from the screen shots.
