Designer Prashant Chandra of New Delhi, India, came up with the following laptop to solve a problem with which home recording enthusiasts are all too familiar: untangling and connecting wires, setting up microphones, and getting everything set up.
A singer-songwriter himself, Chandra designed this conceptual music recorder with a "high-definition" microphone; a singer/guitarist would need little else to make quick live recordings.
Here's his description, along with another photo (click to expand):

"Computer for those weekend rock stars. This computer with an integrated high definition recording microphone is a lifestyle machine to do what they love to do - Rock. This computer facilitates great portability to amateur musicians. They'll be able to record and produce their music on the go, and carry it around and do the recording as, when and where they feel they are on a creative high. Features include integrated webcam that can be used to do live jamming with band mates elsewhere over the internet. Graphic table that helps make most music related operations such as selection of pieces on a recorded track, make fine selections or quickly scribble the songs. High Definition Recording microphone with in-built 'popper-stopper' which facilitates quality recordings. DVD/CD writer to produce high quality music album copies."
