Everyone who's sick of Brain Age knockoffs and copycats, raise your hands. One, two, three...ok, so pretty much everyone in the room, then. I actually like Fred Willard, and find his voice in this promo for Hot Brain, a smartifying puzzler due out for the PSP this summer, to be rather soothing. Take a look at the puzzles in the video, though–don't they seem awfully easy? Well, maybe they're all from the practice round, or something.
I like puzzles, don't get me wrong, but I've grown a bit weary of the current trend to make puzzle games "brainy." How about a portable version of You Don't Know Jack, instead? Put in on the DS...WiFi capability...oh, yeah, I know you're with me on this one.
