Are you Borg? With Arisawa Japan's i-Bean Tele glass, you are indeed. Clipped onto special (and completely transparent) glasses, the i-Bean will project an image therein, simulating a 21" TV screen floating in space before you.
The hidden power source, which is about the size of an iPod, includes a TV tuner, and packs 4 AAA batteries, good to keep it running for two hours.
The selling point here is those transparent glasses: it's pretty grim as far as what it offers HUD-wise goes. But at least you'll resemble Jean-Luc in robot drag instead of Kid-Vid from the Burger-King kid's club. That, ladies and gentlmen, is progress.
The i-Bean Tele glass will be available in Japan this friday, for $330.
