Jack Thompson Sues Kotaku

Jack Thompson has added Gawker Media, parent company of Kotaku, to the list of parties that he is suing in a complaint against the Florida Bar. Brian Crecente has made available a .PDF of the filing, and it is one of the best things I have read all day.

This was followed with other posts that Thompson should be struck with a baseball bat, shot in the face by an irate gamer, castrated and his testicles stuffed down his throat, and the exercise of other basic “constitutional” rights to advocate violence against an individual………………………………………… ……………………Not!

Yes, Thompson uses the phrase "Not!" in his court filings, along with such bon mots as "slim to none, and Slim just left town" and "human piñata" in reference to himself. I am reasonably sure that Thompson is not filled with candy.
