Wow. We're always complaining here at the Lab about the amazing Japanese cellphones we never get to see, but our gadget life is about to become a little bit better.
KDDI are set to launch as an MVNO in the US this month on the back of the Sprint network. They plan to be fully up and running by the middle of April. This is great news for everyone who is sick of junky handsets and crippled features.
This makes me wish I lived in the US. I got my hands on the Talby (pictured), my favorite phone ever, a few years back. I woulda kept it too, if I could have figured out how to get my SIM in there!
