Poland will see LG.Philips to thow up a mass production plant that will produce 11 million flat panels a year by 2011. Sharp and others have already started building theirs

The former Soviet satellites, now being sucked into the spreading politicial gelatinocracy we call the European Union, offers educated labor that'll work cheap. Typically, however, this is accomplished by getting on a boat and moving to England. Will investment slow this westward drain?
