Berkshire, England's The Fat Duck, Michelin's Restaurant of the Year for 2001, has a new item on its menu: "Sounds of the Sea," a seafood/seaweed concoction that comes on a tapioca mixture representing a sandy beach. Alongside the dish, the waiter apparently places an iPod on the table (hopefully with fresh earbuds). Diners don the headphones to hear the sound of breaking waves, adding an extra sense to their experience of the meal.
