The former is slyly crafted to look like a low-end candybar, akin to a pre-paid model one might find at KMart for $30. Emitting 800,000 volts of juice if the right button is depressed, it comes with a safety switch and is currently on special at $60. It requires expensive, non-included CR123A batteries, and it isn't actually a cell-phone.
The latter is an official TASER™©® product, and eschews concealment in favor of displaying those traditional mean-looking Taserers, though it comes with a rather obvious carrying case to cover them up. The phone is also fake. More expensive at $200, it's currently sold out.
As much as a disguised purpose is intrinsically cool, it would be much better if these were real, working phones.
